These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OrgShift AI's services, including our website and AI-powered organizational consulting platform ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OrgShift AI provides AI-driven organizational consulting solutions, including but not limited to:

• Organizational structure analysis and optimization
• Job architecture and position management
• Efficiency analysis and recommendations
• Risk assessment and mitigation strategies

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to compromise our systems

Our data processing practices comply with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. We process data as specified in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which will be provided to customers upon service subscription.

Service availability, support response times, and other performance metrics will be defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), which forms part of the subscription agreement.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including algorithms, software, and analytics, remain with OrgShift AI. Customers retain rights to their data and any outputs generated using their data.

The Services are provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy of AI-generated recommendations. Our liability is limited as specified in the subscription agreement and applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
